Patti joins David Berns Real Estate with a wealth of experience having worked for the past 30 years in a multiple of real estate sectors.

Commencing her career on the Gold Coast, Patti started by selling amalgamating duplex and unit sites in Labrador. Her success and professionalism were not unnoticed and she was quickly commissioned to represent the ‘just released’ prestigious estate, Runaway Bay, where she strategically marketed luxury waterfront houses. From here she moved on to Bayview Harbour, Australia’s first unit marina development, and then on to Sanctuary Cove, Australia’s first fully integrated resort.

For the last 23 years Patti has been based in Melbourne pioneering and spearheading many affluent projects including the 90 storeys high, Eureka Tower for the Grollo Group and a 60 storey high project named Freshwater Place by Australand. Both developments are situated on the stunning Yarra River at Southbank. She has also worked with the Mirvac Group, being the leading sales consultant for the launch of the Melburnian on St Kilda Road. That coupled with a stint in the retirement sector and as a business broker equips Patti with a robust and extensive knowledge base of the Real Estate Industry.

Patti, who is Queensland born, has returned to enjoy her growing family as a devoted Grandmother and has now called Noosa her home.
